www.thevalleyofcancer.com This book documents my journey from diag-
nosis to the final "all clear" 17 months
later. The writing is taken from journal
entries I made at the time. The book was
first published in 1999 by Essence Publ.
This new edition has an extensive index,
20 additional pages titled "Reflections:
Ten Years Later." I share some insights
gained and some tips on staying healthy.

Endorsements:
"The medical profession often overlooks the important
emotional and spiritual dimensions of a life-threatening
disease. Angelina takes the reader far past her physical
suffering to experience the soul-changing struggles,
heartache, and rewards of her valley.
The physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of over-
coming cancer - Angelina brilliantly intertwines all three
in this very moving and intimate book."
Brad Burke, MD. Author of the book series:
An MD Examines

"We have all had our valleys to walk through - sometimes
alone, sometimes alongside another. In The Valley of
Cancer
I was brought face to face with the physical
reality of life's dips and swerves and the heart wrenching
cries that we often feel no one hears. Angelina stepped
into my life shortly after I lost my mother to cancer.
Her tender, piercing and clarifying words of poetry became
music to my bruised heart. She writes from personal ex-
perience - yes - but also from a great love for humanity."
Donna Dawson, Auhor of Christian suspense novels.

"The Valley of Canceris a great book to give to
individuals who are hurting or afraid. They will be com-
forted to know that someone else has walked in their foot-
steps and that no matter how bleak the diagnosis, there is
always hope. Angelina shares her story, her worries and
questions, then points to the One who dried her tears
and held her hand.
N.J.Lindquist, award-winning author, speaker.
